Light Resistance Band - Pink

This is the lightest resistance. It is ideal if you are a beginner but can also be used if you have an intermediate or advanced level, for certain exercises where the addition of a slight resistance is sufficient. 

• Resistance: Light
• Measurements : 33cm x 8cm
• Composition: blend of polyester, cotton and elastane
• Non-slip surface inside the band to prevent it from slipping
